Feeling Hopeful

So as I frequently write, I'm stressing out about things and grabbing for any small victory I can find.  Today, as I'm writing, I actually have a victory or two to relay. The first is that I have officially lost 21 pounds.  That's right! This is huge for me, not to mention incredibly gratifying.  I feel in control of my weight and I can truly say that my whole way of eating has altered.  Now, I just need to muster up some way of getting myself to exercise and I feel I could really start losing weight. Eating better will only get me so far and I completely realize this.  In addition to succeeding with weight loss, I am also reclaiming large portions of my wardrobe.  This is super exciting.
